All good things come to an end

Yesterday, we played the final round of the Greek Team Championship 2014. Fortunately, our team became 17^th… so we stay in the first league. This is always our main goal since 12 teams (out of 32) go down to the second league. Although I got 5.5/7, I am not fully satisfied with my performance. Most of the rounds I had much weaker opponents and often trouble to win. However, I had a great time here and feel well prepared for the European Individual Women’s Championship starting on Sunday.

On Thursday, we crossed the famous Rio-Antirrio bridge by inline-skaters. The bridge links the town Rio (where we stayed the last days) to the mainland of Greece (length: 2.9 km). Veeery exhausting but definitely worth the effort!
